Dennis, who was with the law firm for many years, is now associated with Pollock Law.  Pollock Law, through Dennis Pergram and Stacy Pollock, provides school law and employment law legal services to Manos & Martin clients on either a referral basis or on an of-counsel basis if there is a reason for Manos & Martin to serve as co-counsel (such as in a business transaction with employment law issues or contracts). 

Dennis frequently speaks in the  school law area, having spoken to administrators, and has made presentations to various Chambers of Commerce.  He has also been a speaker for the Ohio CLE Institute, speaking to other lawyers, and is a former adjunct instructor for Urbana College.  Dennis has had numerous articles published in the school law area.  He also has litigated cases in many state and federal courts and handled appeals to the Supreme Court of Ohio and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

He was born in Tiffin, Ohio, served in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1969. He obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from The Defiance College, and in 1976 he received his law degree from the University of Toledo.

Dennis is admitted to practice before all courts in Ohio and the United States Supreme Court and has litigated in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. He has been granted pro hac vice admission, for the purpose of a single case, in federal court in Boston, Chicago, and Orlando, as well as a California state court.
