Through Stephen D. Martin, d/b/a Olentangy Title Agency, an agent for First American Title Insurance Company, and staff,  we can:

• Provide title insurance and closing services in commercial, residential and farm transactions
• Provide closing and escrow services for purchases, refinances, construction loans, foreclosure/sheriff sales, estate/probate real estate transactions, and land installment contracts
• Offer title insurance owner's policies, lender's policies, leasehold policies, and preliminary judicial reports
• Offer re-issue rates (discounted rates) when you have an owner's title policy not more than ten years old
• Serve as a Qualified Intermediary (QI) for IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred like-kind exchanges
